Your higher self is your divine self, the guardian of all the mastery you have achieved in your life times. It is the evolved version of you, the god source within you, supplying you with the greatest ability to live in ease, in balance, and in the non-duality of 5D, in the vibrations of New Earth. It is learning to put your faith and trust in yourself. How do you know for sure? How do you trust your intuition? It is not about trust parse; it is about purposefulness. Your higher self will never deceive you, your lower self might because it has multiple agendas that it is trying to serve. Your higher is so connected to God source that there is only one choice, a wonderful life compass. There is a heavy presence of negative forces, we have imposters, entities, discarnates, and negative energetic imprints (from former relationships, teachers, 'friends') that are trying to interfere with our quantum energy fields. To ensure their removal when communicating with your higher self say: "If you are not 100% God light, please leave". When you are fully connected to yourself, the shadow work is complete, and you are done judging and doubting yourself, and others, then thriving is simple, full stop. Higher self vs Lower self Lower self = limit in scope, it is the child in you = your desire body, your emotional body, the little girl/boy within you that is needing attention, to feel loved. When you enter a room and the energies are not good, your lower self is guiding you; if you need to get off the road, which is wonderful, it is not bad. It is just limited in scope to be able to assist your life is easy path as we merge into 5D. Reactive responses that can be influenced by others when making decisions. Great for the insignificant questions: what should I eat to best nourish my body. Your lower self is what impacts pendulums when using them, and other divination tools. We don't need these; we do not require anything outside of ourselves when making divine life choices. Higher self = proactive and allows you to not even be put in events and situations that aren't for you, that don't deserve your energy. It will take you into the zone, away from 'danger' and complicated circumstances. At this pivotal time in the history of Mother Earth, delving into our ancestral past, learning the truth about ourselves, and re-remembering who we were/are is high on the agenda for many spiritual souls. I have sensed my origin was from Lemuria for some time, with multiple signs showing up over the years, and having this confirmed by my deep inner knowing, and that of other psychic souls, which has been extremely grounding, balancing and rewarding. Re-sharing, as I constantly update the content with new findings for upgrading us. We are being called to question all we have been told once more, I know it can feel hard/confusing, that others think you are some kinds of crazy. Certain members of my family think all I say is an attack on them, a trigger that needs healing that they do not want to work through, and that the 'system', the 'science' is right not the actual truth. It was upsetting (past tense), we cannot help everyone, only those living in their heart, not their mind, or in the controlled agenda. Those realising the lies are all part of the plan to control us, causing sickness, mental struggles, and heart ache, are healing themselves beautifully. The aim of this blog is to share some of the knowledge I have gained, that has aided my energetic journey of transformation, changing my physical form. The emotional and energetic healing needs to be done, but there are many natural remedies we can consume and place on our bodies. Time to fully release victim mode and take ultimate responsibility for ourselves. This then makes it easier to stand in your power and vibe higher moment by moment. By emanating a frequency of love, compassion and non judgement, you are helping the world heal. Eating a big breakfast, smaller lunch and evening snack or fasting for a period of hours and eating twice in the day has ground breaking effects on your soul's vessel, on your energy levels and mental wellbeing. I choose to be vegan, gluten, dairy & sugar free, consuming a little natural sugar and sourdough bread, with my avocados for breakfast - so any wheat content is easily digested during the day and does not drain my energy field. When I went out for one, of the two, evening meals whilst away recently, I had a vegetarian moussaka and the small amount of cheese I ate, lead to a very disrupted sleep and bloating. The same happens with sugar, the ability to sleep peacefully is denied, hee hee. I rent apartments, when away, so that I can prepare and make my own foods, have my daily cacao, and take snacks for my day, it works so well and my body, mind and soul but we are all unique amazing beings, so you do you. Cacao dilates our arteries by 40%. It is all up to you, everything is a choice, I stopped eating meat in 2014, as they are hung upside down to crossover, and I refused to put this negative energy in my body, same with dairy. My journey with fish and eggs ended at beginning of 2022, after an astral travel journey to activate my Merkaba, leading to the soul's of the meat and fish communicating with me about the awful life they experience in order to end up on the shelves/plates of humans. The Total Eclipse of the Sun on 8th April, this infinity year of 2024, will be the greatest planetary event in 5000 years. It occurs approximately 32 minutes (i.e. at 19:55 UK) after the Super New Moon in Aries, which occurs at 19:23 London, UK; 20:23 Europe; 11:23 Los Angeles; 14:23 New York + 9th April at 04:23 Sydney, Australia. An epic influx of energies for upgrading your physical, mental and emotional forms. Magic is in the air, have you been feeling the big shifts? How has the energetic chaos been for you? The weirdness, the spiritual tests, the energy expansions, are showing us transformation is here. Energy is your currency, you would not let someone keep withdrawing money your bank account, so stop allowing the negative lifestyle/attitude of others zap your energies. Those that want to live in the world of bad news need to be separated from you, we can guide them, and guide them again, but if they still insist on telling you everything that was wrong with their day, their experience, their life in general, then you are perfectly within your right to stop listening. Imagine they are the radio spouting negative news, turn them off as you (hopefully) do the media shite, otherwise your energy field lowers. It is a big cause of tiredness, fatigue and unworthiness, causing our own mindset to deplete, permitting self-doubt to creep in, maintain your energy field beyond belief. You are worthy of living an easy life, this is what we are bringing into being in 2024. I am inspired to re-share this blog once more, as many souls continue to step forward, to discover working with the energies in greater ways to manage the medical industry's diagnosis labels of ADHD, ADD, Autism + Neurodiversity. Children are our future, and so many are awakened spiritual beings, with their innate psychic abilities remaining intact. Super enlightened souls that operate at a different energy frequency than society was used to but everything is upgrading. They are often gravely misunderstood and unnecessarily medicated, harming their future and that of the world as a whole. By learning to work with the energy within and around them, and yourself, then you can better help them to evolve and improve life for everyone. Many of us felt (putting this in the past tense as their are so many dynamic souls here, now) like the 'loose piece of the jigsaw', the 'square peg in the round hole' and today children are diagnosed, labelled + medicated, when they perform outside of the 'norm'. They are unique souls here to teach the world a whole new way of perceiving everything, even the simplest of activities. They are starseeds who are here to teach society a far better way of living and move out of the old constructs. Growing up I was always told I was 'too sensitive', no, I could ( + still can) sense how people feel, whether they in pain, sad, distressed, the difficulties they are suffering and the anxiety situations bring for them. We need to get rid of these labels, and the legal prescribed drugs, and reevaluate how these individuals communicate, how they see daily life and how situations affect them. Many are very spiritual and highly empathic, hence why they react with such extremes in situations. Growing up I was always told I was 'too sensitive', no, I could sense how people feel, whether they in pain, sad, distressed, the difficulties they are suffering and the anxiety situations bring for them. When adults cannot understand the way the child reacts, the individual can sense this, causing more frustration and upset, because they cannot verbalise it themselves, as they no not yet fully understand it all. They just see, + perceive, the world in magical ways, and want to help everyone heal and be happy, they can sense stuff before it happens too. Energy Healing - Innerdance Online Sessions via Zoom + Quantum Reiki - is exceptional for souls on this journey, as it promotes relaxation, removes anxiety and negative emotional blockages and aids sleep (our natural rebuilding tool!). Quantum Energy Healing Treatments are amazing for helping overly-anxious autistic spectrum children - + adults - to help them understand the world as it is expected by the 'norm'. Quantum Reiki is a stronger form of energy healing, that works with the energy centres within and outside of the body. Children + Adults can also benefit from being taught Reiki, even the basics, so daily self-healing can occur, and help everyone to take time to introduce calm thoughts and feelings. It assists them to realise, even in a small way, that it can take time to be calm, that it does not come naturally to most of us. When children are in a classroom struggling with learning issues, as their brain processes the information differently, then they can take time out to breathe and perform energy focused hand positions. I taught a young child of 8 many years ago, that was constantly sent to the 'chill out room' at school, who goes to the bathroom, centres herself and because best friends with the young boy who she was most triggered by - because she wanted to remove his pain, without realising it. Many of the young children I have taught have achieved amazing results. It is about getting them to understand there is nothing bad or 'wrong' with them, their make-up just means they do things differently to get to the end result. Energy Healing is a natural and safe 'medicine', a method of self-improvement that can greatly help with our development. If a child is hyperactive, unsure of strangers, or extremely sensitive to touch then Distance Sessions work amazingly. In-Person the treatment is always performed a few inches from the body, without touch or even across room, when desired. I sometimes use this method with animals that won't keep still, this does not make the session any less powerful and they are able to feel more in-control of the energies. I have my eyes closed during each treatment and tune into the energies, place myself energetically in the location, so the proximity to me does not matter, hence why I am able to perform sessions throughout the world. It can be common for children with autism to fall asleep during a session, as they become relaxed and at ease. Neurodiversity is complex, the levels vary by individual, contrasting foods, treatments and teachings work differently for each unique soul, as I am sure you know! Energy Healing works for all levels as energy is not limited by time or space. Treatments ignite the immune system, encouraging natural internal healing, assisting in improving the imbalances found particularly in Autistic Spectrum children, such as the mercury levels. Energy healing is provided in hospitals & treatment centres throughout the world, one great example is in Great Ormond Street Hospital, particularly the child cancer patients. When looking for diagnoses, parents are often brushed away with recommendations like 'be firmer' and so forth, without full investigations. It is key we get to the cause of the behaviour's and not with mainstream medication - unless truly unavoidable. As autism spectrum children are super sensitive the 'recommended dose' can sometimes be too strong and so needs reducing. There are a lot of articles, videos and dietary advice online and from parents who have found ways to cure their children themselves naturally. Changing the diet intake of an autistic child aids with the heavy metal detoxification and the healing of the gut. Sensory Processing disorder (autism) is known to be caused by mercury poisoning, which can happen if the mother is given certain fillings dangerous to unborn babies or unwittingly consuming products with unusually high levels. One lady who has done this successfully via diet is Karen Thomas of www.naturallyhealingautism.com. She has been in holistic health for 28 years, 24 of those practicing Craniosacral Therapy, (balancing the bones of the head to allow the brain to function at optimum). Eliminating gluten, dairy + animals has a massive impact on improving health, vitality, strength + patience. Plus they may sense the souls of the dead fish + animals, as I do, which may not be quiet clear to them but give them a sense that what they are doing is wrong, further lower self-worth inadvertently. Everyone is different, there is no one solution fits all. I believe, as our bodies frequently renew themselves, we can find a level of understanding for everything, especially the power of working with energy, then we can really help children having difficulty with the behaviour's we take for granted. Children within the autism spectrum function differently, but it is changing our perceptions and working with their unique abilities rather than trying to 'normalise' them, that is our journey. We have a magnetic energy month this March, where what we believe becomes our daily reality, hence the importance of unceasingly upgrading your own energy field. I gave up beer when I stopped eating gluten a couple of years ago, so removing the occasional vegan, organic wine was easy. The infinity year of the dragon is proving to be momentous, we are seeing quantum leaps in consciousness, impressive growth in humanity, soul awakenings as more learn to live in their truth, trusting in the universal processes, allowing visions to expand, and themselves to upgrade, exponentially, once more. It has been wonderful to hear many, my clients in particular, talk about the fact they conceptualise they are in control of their destiny, that by remaining focused, and envisioning the end goal, they are manifesting magically. They sense the energy shifts, within and around them, with changes showing up in our physical reality too. This is further actualised by feminine energy being honoured, our strength, power and abilities to comprehend, and see, things that masculine energies often fail to see, which is very apparent + exciting. How Are You All Feeling? We are busy integrating the light code updates to the physical, mental + emotional form and enjoying the upgrades to all that is here, now. Those that are not woke will be undergoing confusion, upset and, potentially, unexplained aches and pains, as their past catches up with them and because the energies we breathe are revamping and aiding the raising of the vibration of Mother Earth. 2024 has arrived - well according to the old matrix calendar, heehee - whenever you feel it starts, it is most definitely the Infinity Portal Year of the Dragon, a transformative 12 months of increased creativity, passion and an upsurge in our ability to manifest, there are numerous possibilities open to YOU. The density of the energies are here to aid us with fully clearing the old, past karma, and stepping into new powerful energies of upgraded consciousness. Be gentle with yourself, the 'new year' sees us put a lot of pressure on ourselves, totally unneeded, especially when you accept that the true New Year starts in March, with the Spring Equinox, with the rebirthing energies of nature reviving itself. We regenerate and renew ourselves with our natural surroundings, the way it should be, rather in the dark days of winter. Say them to yourself &/or write them down, at least 3 times, then they work as a magnetic tool for all you want to create. They are also perfect whenever you feel overwhelmed, low or depressed, as they help you reverse your mood and see you manifest smoothly and simply. If you find you are holding too much weight at this time, although definitely correlated with what you consume, a large factor is blocked emotions. The energies are firing up, as we head into the New Year, the surge of positivity is being felt by so many of you. I am so very proud of all of you for working through your challenges and discovering your innate abilities to heal yourselves, and help others do the same. We are ready for the Love energy surges, and the 1:1 Portal is open and offering us additional energetic assistance and growth support. It is super helpful for the success of your board, that you FEEL what you want, from each word that you add, and from each picture. Rather than just adding random 'stuff', think about the desired outcome, what it is you are truly looking to accomplish, and enjoy the ride. I will pop a video on social media about this later today too. There will be 'mud' & confusion thrown by the old controllers, but we won't let it stick, we will rise above it all. This is why it is important to master your vibration, to fully step into your mastery, and connect in with your higher self, in a stronger way, daily. Every time they try something else, more of you wake up, which is exciting. Mother Earth is moving into new energies within the atmosphere, change is unfolding, permit yourself to ride the waves of greatness, rather than living in fear, scarcity and lack. We are closing out the year on energetic fire, full of bliss + love energies. These shifts are very visible when you connect into the universal energies, moment by moment. It is super interesting how the changes in our life affect how we resonate with the world's energies. And with that the 2023 season is coming to a close, what a fantastic, turbulent, yet educational + huge personal growth year for so many. To ensure you float through the month with your highest vibration flawlessly shining, it can be a great idea to look at any emotions that may surface when in the presence of souls that you would not usually choose to spend time with. The season can trigger the unhealed parts of you, with undue stress, unmet expectations, and unresolved emotions, topping the charts of what needs our attention. Honour and acknowledge the emotions that surface, don't suppress them, work through them, release and clear them, so that the frequency you put out is high vibrational and others can't help but match you. A month of non-judgement and unconditional love, compassion and forgiveness, for yourself and others. By focusing on your perception of a situation and improving it, then you can thrive more easily. When you know you are going to encounter less awake souls, that have triggered you in the past, why not focus on something good they do, if not for you, then someone else. Celebrate them as they are, know where you are, and where you want to be, and let them be. It is not our role to try to bring others into true enlightenment, they have to want to heal themselves, and open up to all that this, and all that is possible. You don’t need people to be a certain way, that is the old version of us, perhaps see them as a beautiful person on their journey through consciousness – don’t worry if they are not woke, don’t try and ‘wake them up’, stand in your power and move through the experiences with love and compassion in your heart. Love them where they are, the relationship will change, and the impact on your energy field. Plus, by choosing to be your higher self, moment by moment, then you help others activate their higher selves. You know if someone is constantly moaning, they bring down the mood, the energies, don't engage, keep positive and cleanse your aura as you part from their energies. Keeping your vibration high, and teaching your children how to do the same, just by being your magnificent self, then it 'rubs off' on everyone. Be aware that we are becoming more and more sensitive, as we step into our authentic selves, so know that sometimes the way you feel may not be yours, that it is because you have picked up the emotions, even ailments, of others. Be hyper vigilant of this, then you can literally 'throw it away' from your energy field. When you are so anchored in yourself, you over power negative, dense energies just by being yourself. Jealous undertones try to affect our energies, it's not you, be secure in your intention, in YOU, your power and why you are in the physical form at this time. Any shadow reflections show up to remind you of your strength and the power of your energies. We will be in Mercury Retrograde from 13th Dec - 1st Jan, a time when communication can be challenging, we just need to keep our throat chakras in alignment and, if necessary, double send/say/explain stuff, so that there is no unnecessary misunderstandings. Don't internalise any of the energetic muck, don't worry how others perceive you, it truly does not matter. Your vibration has upgraded, free up the mental energy, rather than getting involved in their lower energy frequencies. I remain centred, no matter what energies I encounter There is a lot of pressure from all angles and compromise does need to occur, just please ensure that is not at the expense of your own mental health and wellbeing. You, your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and opinions are of great significance. Make time for you, spend time in relaxation, in whatever form that takes, even deciding 'today is going to be amazing for me' as you awaken helps. Try not to get caught in a cycle of doing what you do not want, if you do not want to attend that event, function or gathering, then don't. There are unfortunately still narcissistic, jealous souls in the world and because of our pure energies we can be a magnet for them. If you choose to attend, then stop yourself from looking at something in ‘the old way’, based on learned behaviours, so you can prosper, no matter what occurs. November is a turbulent month of energies, that is affecting us all, in amazing and challenging ways. Your Kundalini Energy is your crystalline energy, your Christ energy, a sacred oil, a plasma frequency, that resides at the base of your spine and it is dormant until we raise it. The taurus field outside of you extends up to six feet outside of you, as your magnetism strengthens, the depth of your quantum field expands. Your taurus field is like a donut shaped energy around our physical form, with the body inside of it. September is THE most important month in the history of Planet Earth, we are experiencing magnificent energies every day which are beautiful, mesmerising, and healing. To maximise your abilities to receive the light codes and transform your thoughts, feelings and perceptions of everything, it is highly advisable to constantly place your ego in the f**k it bin. It is a time of self-realisation and fully detaching from the egoic self, as we learn to vibe higher and higher. Confidence in YOU and all you can manifest is key, felt from the heart not the noisy brain. Be sure to not waver from your strength, power and personal energies, what you emit comes back to you. It will deliver the twin flame fish of Pisces back to us, a unity of divine feminine and divine masculine. energies, filling us up with magnificent energies. Things are flipping back to the way they should be, aided by the energies of Eris, the deity of strife and discord. Of course, that is the name of the new 'variant' that they are making up...they always shove the truth at us 'disguised' in other forms. Learning all we can about how best to recognise, nurture, and support an empathetic child, as a parent, teacher, auntie, grandparent, guardian is extremely important, so that as they navigate their way through life they feel supported, and become able to comprehend, use and appreciate their natural gifts and talents. We are all born psychic and intuitive, capabilities that have previously been hidden, because they are misunderstood, but more importantly, squashed by the food, medicine and lifestyles we are told we have to live by, killing our pineal gland capabilities, and 'removing' our natural journey with spirituality. Empaths are highly tuned into the feelings of others (and themselves), they are aware when someone is not ok, and can sense and predict events, happenings, and even disease within another before it occurs. This can be felt from someone within their close circle, or a random interaction whilst amongst others, and even senses they pick on from a passer-by in the street. Unless they are guided and encouraged to safely express all they see, sense and feel, this can be very confusing for children (+ us adults too, until we fully explore the meanings). Many of us are born empathetic, and the earlier we can grasp all that we see, sense, and feel, the easier our life journey can be. Throughout life I have been told 'you are too sensitive', no, I am just highly sensitive, intuitive, and (for me) clairsentient. I experience another's physical and emotional pain, confusion and ailment as my own, which is ok now that I know what is going on. I am thankful that I am able to recognise the 'issues' within my physical, mental and emotional state as belonging to another, so that I do not take it on as my own, and am able to release it from my form. Let's shout it from the rooftops so that the next empathetic generation, that are here with us now, can recognise, release and thrive no matter what they have, or will take on, from others. Children are our future, and those 'diagnosed' with ADHD, ADD, Autism, and so on, are the enlightened, awake souls that operate at a different energy frequency than society is used to. They are gravely misunderstood and unnecessarily medicated, harming their future and that of the world as a whole. By learning to work with the energy within and around you, then you can better help them (& yourself) to evolve and improve life. From the age of nine months, children begin to exhibit empathy and you will be able to recognise it by the way they react to and behave around others. How much they pick up, and, sometimes, how drained they can become by another person's energies and reactions, and also the environment they experience. It can manifest later in life too as antisocial behaviour, preferring to be alone than in groups, because they do not know what to do with the intense feelings or it is too tiring. Adults can actually make sensitive children feel so much worse, another reason to discover all you can to help. Anger is one emotion that is really upsetting to empaths and this can be when it is someone else displays it or they exhibit anger themselves because of the confusion about why they feel everything and are unable to explain it. Anxiety can easily turn to anger, especially when socially the emotions are heightened. Energetically, when you are angry the other person steals or gets your issues dumped on them from, your energy field. If the other person gets angry with you then you steal their energy - which can be toxic, negative, and broken. Loneliness is prevalent amongst empaths, preferring to be alone than deal with the minefield of emotions they pick up around people. I remember going to sit down at the end of the garden behind the bonfire as a child, which intensified the loneliness and fear but I at least did not have to deal with the emotions of others. The more we awaken the more our coping mechanisms are elevated. One emotion I cannot tolerate is violent films (or violence anywhere), as it is unnecessary pain inflicted on another, even though it is made-up or as part of a video game etc, I know many empaths are the same. Empathy, sensitivity and discombobulation from the external world can cause severe anxiety or addictions or excessive use of substances to quash the pain, anger and upset felt for others. I used to drink alcohol within challenging situations, hoping to turn off all I could see, sense and feel but that is not the answer. It actually makes you more susceptible to negative energies. Alcohol, caffeine and other mind and body altering substances and foods open the empath to the darkness. These causes 'attacks' from dark, negative entities that drain their energy, can damage their soul, and lead to terrible feelings of despair, self-loathing and distrust in themselves and the others. I am eager we teach the young souls how to manage their abilities to interpret the world on a deep level so that no such issues arise for them in life. Synchronistically this quote showed up when writing this blog and if you have not been able to do the work before having/looking after little ones then NOW is the perfect time. For those who have been able to discover spirituality and the ability to heal their past trauma and ancestral patterns before having children, that is awesome but afterwards (now) is fabulous too, so that you can break bad habits and stop, often inadvertently, passing your phobias, fears, and inner stresses onto your child. When kids have gone through troubled upbringings they can overcompensate with their own child or 'punish' others for the love they did not receive. One reason a person's healing can be delayed is that spiritual practices have been hidden and suppressed for so many years because of the dogma of religion and the control the pharmaceutical industry wants to have on humanity. Let's work to change that and as such the lives of the children of the world and their children to come. There are many books, courses, podcasts, blogs, and films that can assist your journey. One big thing that can help, is to discover how to work with are the energies of the New and Full Moon. Track how you all feel the week before and after and see which affects each of you the most. Record the dates on the calendar to ensure you are conscious of the energy changes and the effects they can have on your moods, responses, and innermost feelings. Tips: As the empathic child feels/senses/knows how another feels it is paramount to share with them that they cannot help everyone. It is one of the hardest lessons to learn because we just want everyone to feel amazing. This can be an especially hard if it is another member of the family or someone super close to him or her. One lesson for them is that it is not their job to make others happy, although we spend life trying to Show them how to protect their energy and cleanse their energies after difficult interactions, more details here: Handserenity Protection Blogs Traits that appear can include being unusually sensitive to sights, smells, sounds, and emotions (like seeing others argue) and displaying a beyond their year's perception of others and situations, especially if someone is lying to them. Be open, honest, and heal yourself as much as possible to help them manage these attributes and give them a greater ability to enjoy life more fully and with less overwhelm and confusion because of their sensitivities How children come into the world affects them massively with their ability to feel secure and grounded. The type of birth and whether they were able to choose when to come out into the world, or where induced etc, plus the method of birth, then the subsequent attachments established (or not) up until 2 years old impacts us all. Learning Reiki to apply, when troublesome emotions arise and to manage and reset the bad habits shown to them as they grow is life-changing. The youngest I have taught is 9 years old and seeing the transformations in him remind me why I get up in the morning! Relaxation and grounding techniques must be taught through Reiki, Meditation, Yoga and such like, and practiced daily to help them to clear negativity collected from others, allowing them to remain calm from within even in chaos, and to strengthen their resolve Encourage schools, universities, and such, to teach empathy management and emotional intelligence. We need more awakened empaths to change the trajectory of life as we know it and remove the colossal levels of stress, anxiety, depression and suicide that are paramount. Life does not have to be so hard for the next generations Empathetic kids will complain of aches and pains from the symptoms they are experiencing because another is in pain. Symptoms such as headaches, which can occur because of a build-up of emotional stress plus tummy aches, the solar plexus chakra, where we store all complex emotions and traumatic experiences As little people, we do not realise that it is another's pain we have taken on so the biggest thing you can do is to help them to express how they feel. As empaths, we take on the stress, pain, and discombobulating thoughts and feelings of the adults and children around us and it can be so exhausting! Empaths have often gone through a trauma, in this or past lifetimes, and the hyper-vigilance and skill to read others is super strong Extra bundles of love, compassion, and displays of affection, through hugs and listening to them, so that they are not stopped from expressing how they feel, even if it is an emotion or pain taken on from another, is key Teaching them how to set intentions for their day can provide a positive focus and aid in manifesting positive thoughts There are lots more things to discover and learn, it is an ongoing process but the more you can do now the better. One of the greatest confusions, as an empathetic child, is that you think everyone sees the world as you do, and do not grasp why others can't sense the pain, hurt and fear that you recognise in others. Learning how to deal with these talents is the best way forwards. It is a blessing, not a curse, it just needs nurturing, acknowledging and building upon, rather than trying to change them to fit into the 'norm' of society. Super interesting energies as I write about the powerful month of August, the sky is a blanket of white, a snail (symbols of a fresh start) has attached themselves to the centre of my window, and there is a calmness in the air. On Tuesday 1st August 2023 we have the first of two SuperMoon's this month at 19:31 in London, UK; 11:31 Los Angeles; 14:31 New York and 04:31 in Sydney, Australia. An Aquarius Full Moon, which is perfect as they love to dig deep into the unknown, and right now, what is to come is unknown, unsure, purely because Mother Earth has never experienced such a dynamic upgrading of humanity. Their mystical, questioning minds can help us to unravel our true meaning at this time of great change. A period of exciting transformation, no fear, worry or scarcity needs to exist within you, quiet the opposite. I have seen, what I considered high vibrational souls, talking in a manor that could be considered fearful but that just plays the game of the old matrix, a system we no longer reside in. You have nothing to fret about, believe in your own magic and lets have lots of fun. The infusion of additional solar power entering our hearts (the true mind) with the Sirius Lions, every day firing us up, to fully recognise we are our own guardians, is sublime. You are pulsating with super radiance, which can irritate low vibrational souls, but please do not be concerned about anyone else. Our light bodies are receiving multiple activations, powering up our human energetics, old memories are unfolding, and we are aware of our heritage, our destinies, the reason for being here at this time. The veils between the galaxies are thinning further, we are all connected, love energies are here. Aquarians love to be seen, heard and acknowledged, and so do all of us. Increase your connections with likeminded souls, open new doorways and step through them, the waiting time is done. Magical energy upgrades assisting us with our healing, accelerating our ascension, and filling us with high frequency energies. Highly charged energies throughout August with the Sirius LionsGate reminding us the galactic lions are beside us, aiding our abilities to manifest abundance, calling in our deepest desires and metamorphosis our consciousness and spiritual growth. The peak, 8:8 Portal opening, will see the energy surges physically, mentally and emotionally aid the removal of any energetic sludge in the body. It is a day to ground yourself fully into the here and now, to open your heart and dream big. You are in control of your world, remove drama, negative talk, moaning, discouragement of any kind, so you can vibe high, no matter what is going on around you. A recalibration of our bodies is underway, so we can function easily with the improved light codes/energies available to us. Mantra: Life is easy, I welcome all that is to come. The extreme weathers are causing displacement and upset, the media is trying very hard to throw us of course and, as always, focusing on, and exaggerating, negative lies, drama and nastiness. Tantra is the balance of masculine and feminine energies, a more profound way of living within the body, in joy, and love. The liberation of consciousness from limitations, barriers and worldly beliefs. It is about becoming one with all you are, able to be, and your power within, a wonderful tool to further expand our consciousness, and is connected with kundalini awakening, the art of opening up to our true essence. It is another technic for achieving freedom from our inner restrictions, to move into your body, listen to it, and away from the people pleasing habits. As we do with the Innerdance Kundalini Activations, awakening and embodying your own brilliance, beauty and capability to define your life, moment by moment, with immense unconditional self love. It is learning to not look outside of yourself for pleasure, joy and contentment, to not need another to complete you, but going within yourself. A practice to discover a strong devotion to your inner beauty, strength and your body as a whole, hence why it is part of the Kundalini Awakening process. Translated from Sanskrit, it means 'weave', 'stretch', 'extend', 'woven together', weaving the physical with the spiritual, hence why it is more commonly associated with formidable techniques, with Tantric sex. Which is weaving spirituality, physicality and sexuality; a part of Tantra, but not the whole. Sex can ritualistically be employed both for spiritual purposes and improving one's life, fully surrendering to the orgasms, and opening to the other plans of consciousness with the increased level of exhilaration and self love. Tantric rituals encompass a wide array of practices, only some of which entail a sexual element. In the late Victorian era men and women had an ambivalent relationship with religion and sexuality and discovered within Tantra, a way to free themselves from the oppressive 19th century Christian society. It has evolved with time, as with every religion, habit, and societal norms. There are so many interpretations of Tantra, depending on the cultural traditions that practice it. Whilst researching the topic, the definitions depend on the core values followed. Shiva (male) and Shakti (female) are worshipped at the core, and the Right-Hand path - Dashinacara - and Left-Hand path - Vamacara, delving into the many aspects of self. A difficult concept to define in one form, due to it's ambiguous nature but it is important that we play, live by and enjoy, the sensual aspects of the body, it's earthly sensations and the emotions that arise from it. We are such magical beings and are allowed to live, love and laugh, however and with whomever we choose. As long as we honour our bodies, ourselves, and our emotional health, ensuring respect for each other is at our centre, that no harm is done, that we should be enjoying ourselves to the fullest. Indigenous people recognise and celebrate female, male, transgender, intersex, androgynous, all people, whoever they are or want to become/return to. Focusing on a persons spiritual gifts, rather than there sexual preferences. Often referring to those outside of the 'normal' male and female archetypes as two-spirited souls, which is beautiful. As we are all merging, and forming a unity of LOVE, accepting everyone and everything. We are all magical beings and are moving into a world of non-duality, pure consciousness, fully embodying who we are and came here to be. The opening of the 777 Portal, that continues until 11.08.2023, as galactic stargates align with the Star Sirius, is providing us with a wonderful time of renewal and rejuvenation of our physical form. A heightened cosmic portal, forming a direct connection with our inner mystic, the ancient starseed past, the present human form, and the harmonious New Earth. We are human light beings, no longer suppressed by only working with 10% of our DNA but becoming powerful souls, healing ourselves and the world as a whole. July is a pivotal month in our history with super powerful energy surges, changing the trajectory of Mother Earth forever. Are you feeling the changes, in the weather, the air, nature, the sun? Disease would not exist, if our access to them, and their knowledge, was not cut off, and then 'that' industry would not be lining the pockets of the corrupt ones. Autistic (like many) souls are drugged because god forbid we would adapt and learn from them and so awaken quicker, and allow the world to evolve sooner. It has been disclosed that the main medical journal, their 'bible', The Lancet contains false information, over half of the 'research' is untrue. A travesty that explains why doctors are getting 'diagnoses' and healing so very wrong. Enjoy the evolution of your world and humanity as a whole, we are stepping into new dimensions of bliss, joy and love. Detach from drama, send love and review your reactions and perceptions of everything. People can only hurt or irritate us if we let them, YOU are in full control of all your choices, THE director, producer and writer of your own life so make it en epic production! The energies are wobbly this week, no other way to describe them! As we are becoming more sovereign, more open to the energies, and our psychic and telepathic abilities increase, we are very much being called to ensure we apply greater protection to our own auric fields. Magic is here but there will always be darkness and light, as that is the nature of life on Earth. Hence why craziness is still unfolding, like the mass destruction of nature in Canada - one of our biggest protections against 5G, EMF's & the damage that technology permeates. We therefore need to call in our guides, ancestors, dragons, spirit team every single day + night. People have to want to heal themselves & if they choose to remain in the stuck, controlling, untruthful ways of the 3D Matrix then it is their choice. I have seen CIA documents, written many years ago, proving this very fact but then you wouldn't feed their pharmaceutical pockets. Healing involves constantly entering the dark night of the soul, it hurts, its horrid BUT it is worth it. Unless we fully activate and clear our souls vessels, the past and all the parts of ourselves that represent the old us, then we will remain stuck too. Since further activating my Kundalini daily, more has surfaced that was unfinished but the underlying strength, love and trust I have gained, out ways any 'struggles'. We are becoming younger, healthier and, in time, immortal - I sense your doubt/disbelief - time will be your guide. I am updating this blog, originally from 2017, as the surge in the importance of this connection point to our DNA expansion + personal evolution is crucial. Additional layers of your body are 'coming online', to where they should be and it is magnificent. We are developing our physical, mental + emotional bodies, allowing us to become the crystalline beings, we were born to be. True mastery of your life force energy within lifts the veil of forgetfulness and depends solely on you, on activating your Kundalini Energies, to 'clear out the dysfunctional clutter', from this and past lifetimes. DNA is writing your physical code, awakening to your true essence. The sun is a wonderful tool for your growth too as this period is a massive challenge to our mental health. Mass amounts of protection, self-care and self-healing will help to navigate all that is transpiring. After an amazing head massage from my hairdresser, in 2017, she commented on the prominence of my occipital bone, located at the back of the head and linked to the third eye, in the centre of the forehead, the home of our spiritual awakening. When I practice Energy Healing, I have always very much drawn to focus on the whole of the back of the head for my clients. The Bindu Chakra is located here, at the at the tip of the head, where the bones of the sides and back of the skull meet. It is a great aid for increasing your spiritual path and practice and is known as the "fountain of eternal youth, vitality and health", making it very important centre for our health and wellbeing. This Chakra is one of the least talked about yet most mysterious and remarkable energy centres in the body. The Bindu produces Amrita, the nectar of immortality, which is truly amazing and aids with the overall health of body, mind and spirit! Yogis say the challenge is to prevent the Manipura Chakra - situated in the solar plexus / navel - from burning the elixir and instead 'catching the drips' in the Throat / Vishuddhi Chakra, so that is works further on the purification and detoxification of the body. It is the point activated during a Kundalini Innerdance Session and it is very transformative, painful to face the debris then awesome to embody the new you. This Chakra is also associated with eyesight (especially that which previously deteriorated in childhood, 'turning off' what we did not want to see, until now), relaxing emotions and enhancing inner peace and harmony, clarity and balance. We have all dreamed of finding eternal youth and this chakra can help, working with it further activates the Pineal Gland, emitting a hormone similar to a 'fountain of youth' effect on your body and mind. It is a health centre that once awakened, improves physical, psychic and spiritual health. The Bindu Chakra aids with eating disorders as it controls hunger, thirst and overcomes unhealthy eating habits and so helps physical and mental recuperation. Working with this energy source helps with the elevation of depression, nervousness, anxiety and self-worth. To aid the activation of your Bindu Chakra: Use a fingernail, apply slight pressure on the Bindu Chakra and notice feelings of happiness spread throughout your body, a sense of release and calm. Helping a Child to Sleep Gently massage this Chakra with soft circular movements for a few minutes and you will notice the child soon quietens and falls asleep. The symbol of the Bindu Chakra is the Moon, a symbol of perfection, nectar and energy. The moon provides much needed energy to nature, aiding in its growth and ripening of fruit, as essential for nature as Bindu is essential for the health of the body! Let’s celebrate making it through another week of dense energies and challenging lessons. Many Starseeds, lightworkers, key holders, walk-ins…awakened ones, are under attack from the dark energies, but they will not win. I have helped some super high vibrational souls recently who are enduring similar ‘pressures’. Our mission is not done yet, it would be crazy to give up now, as much as that might feel incredibly attractive. Understanding how powerful you are, how in control we all are as individuals, and then the magical vibrations we can permeate when we come together is super empowering. Personally, my energies are always affected as we approach the Full Moon shifts, and not always in a positive light. It is tough sometimes, why are we here? Why are there constant ‘struggles’ & gloopy, thick energies questioning our resolve? When is Heaven on Earth truly going to be a daily way of being? Change is here, letting go of any concern that not everyone is stepping out of matrix will strengthen you. An intense time of purification, we are being called to let ourselves die, as we face, + clear, deeply repressed emotions to be reborn anew. I have been quiet, due to more ‘bank holidays’, people not prioritising their self-care, which dampens my spirit, helping others keeps me whole and enlivened.
