House Energy Cleansing ceremonies are very beneficial when; moving to a new place to clear the energies of past occupants; for helping selling your property; after extensive de-cluttering of possessions; when looking to make a fresh start and after changes in circumstances or relationships. Basically, when you are feeling sluggish, negative, stuck and, in extremes, depressed and after a series of negative events and you want to press the ‘restart’ button. We take on energy from others all the time and this is then transported into our space, the energies stick to everything, hence why we de-clutter shelves, cupboards, basements, garages, everything, on a regular basis. These stagnant energies have detrimental effects on our mental and physical state, overall wellbeing and success levels.
Any conflict, anger or illness is absorbed by the sage smoke and cleansed from the energy field of you and your space; it can help those close to you too! Sage means salvia in Latin, 'healthy' or ' to heal' and burning it regularly increases your memory, awareness, wisdom and mood and is known to quicken the senses. It cleanses, purifies and protects our body, mind and spirit as well as our environment and it is possible to feel a change in the air immediately. The smoke attaches to the negative energy in the air and dissipates and clears it and it transmutes from negative to positive. Regular cleansing is vital for our health, wellbeing and mental clarity.
My personal method involves sound healing, burning sage and applying Reiki energy to each room. Also, chanting mantras and the use of prayers to further aid the removal of stagnant energy from your space. I can come and smudge you, your space and your energetic fields and also show you how to cleanse your home and yourself regularly. Decluttering and Feng Shui advice given on the day too, where required.
Smudging removes negativity and creates a new lighter energy in its place. The cost depends on the size of your space / the number of rooms and the travel time involved, I can also teach you how to self-smudge.
