Regular space clearing to remove the negative energetic imprints that have detrimental effects on our mental and physical wellbeing + success levels. We take on energy and this is then transported into our space and sticks to everything. My personal method involves sound healing, burning sage, applying healing Reiki energy to each room, chanting mantras and the use of prayers. Any conflict, anger or illness is absorbed by the sage smoke and removed from the energy field of you and your space; it can help those close to you. Sage means salvia in Latin, 'healthy' or ' to heal' and regular burning increases your memory, awareness and mood. The smoke attaches to the negative energy in the air, dissipates and clears it, and transmutes it from negative to positive.
