Healthy Living Advice

It is key to plan fruit & vegetables into your daily diet and interchange them, based on their properties, to enhance what you need at that time. As they are low in calories, high in fibre and with almost all the vitamins and minerals our body needs, fruit & vegetables are so nutritional and beneficial to our health. They aid with healthy glowing skin, weight management, athletic performance and recovery, improve energy, mood, and psychological well-being and boost healthy immune function.

Colour Groups:

White (e.g. Garlic, Cauliflower) to strengthen the immune system

Green (e.g. Apples & Broccoli) to purify with detoxification

Red (e.g. Tomatoes, strawberries) to improve heart & blood health

Yellow (e.g. Bananas, Lemons) to fortify skin elasticity

Orange (e.g. Orange, Pumpkin) to prevent cancers

Purple (e.g. Aubergine, grapes) to increase longevity

Apricots - Combat cancer, controls blood pressure, are good for eyesight, shield against Alzheimer's & slow the ageing process.

Apples - Protects your heart, prevents constipation, blocks diarrhoea, improves lung capacity and helps with joint strength.

Aloe Vera - halts growth of cancer tumours, boosts blood oxygenation, heals physical burns, alkalises the body and ends constipation.

Artichokes - aids digestion, lowers cholesterol, protects the heart, stabilises blood sugar and guards against liver disease.

Avocados - Battles diabetes, controls blood pressure, lowers cholesterol; helps stop strokes, smooth skin.

Bananas - protects your heart, controls blood pressure, eases a cough, strengthens bones and calms upset stomach.

Beans - prevents constipation & Parkinson's disease, lowers cholesterol, combats cancer and stabilises blood sugar.

Beets - protects your heart, controls blood pressure, combats cancer, strengthens bones & aids weight loss.

Blackberries -  prevents Parkinson's disease & reduces heart attack risks, keeps colon clean, reverses ageing & prevents wrinkles.

Cabbage - protects your heart, combats cancer, promotes weight loss, prevents constipation & reduces a hangover.
