This is one of the most common questions I receive and the short answer is absolutely, energy is everywhere and Reiki is not limited by time or space. The practitioner works on your aura, your energy field, and I, for one, have my eyes shut throughout the treatment, and so you do not need to be present to receive the powerful energy cleanse. I am super grateful, every day, that I get to help people all over the world and lockdown provided many of my regular clients with the ability to experience the power of distance treatments, then when many relocated, sessions continued. The most common response was, "It was exactly the same as my in-person treatment, thank you so much". Your belief in the capability of distance healing has an impact on the results too, as with anything in life, allowing you to achieve greater healing.
Working on your mindset outside of the sessions is super important too, therefore a Zoom Coaching call first is highly recommended. I can remove the negative, destructive blockages but if your thoughts, feelings and actions are the old version of you, then you draw into your world the same problems. Distance Healing is as equally effective because energy healing works with the physical, emotional and mental aspects of an individual, as it evaluates the recipient's energy. Allowing sessions to be conducted from anywhere in the world, to any person, event or situation. The prerequisites are: agreeing a mutually suitable time, when you can fully relax for 40 minutes, preferably without interruptions; supplying your post/zip code, so that I can place myself energetically in your location, and a photo of yourself can be of assistance too (although not mandatory).
Energy Medicine is so needed right now, as it works on removing the negative energy blockages that the challenges of the last few years (& life as a whole) have placed on the physical, mental and emotional body. They are truly incredibly souls and cleansing them regularly relieves numerous issues, such as behavioural problems; removing any destress, abuse, loss or trauma they may have experienced; promotes deep relaxation and enhances their performance.
