I often talk about evaluating what is truly yours to process, and what is simply other's energy, their issues. Discernment is key, look into when the feelings arise, the root of them, to check whose problems are triggering you. Collective purging is a strong theme this Full Moon, particularly in all areas of health, daily routines, and inner alignment. Investigate all that you are experiencing, learn the lessons showing up and all the outdated stories you are being required to release from your world.
This is your call to emotionally detox, will you answer? A decluttering, mentally, physically and emotionally. Hopefully you are doing the same with your external world ~ removing all the things that no longer resonate with you. Energy is held within everything, so we clean, cleanse, and clear our spaces with these refreshing Spring energies.
The great awakening is more than a trend, it is a felt, embodied shift of consciousness. A collective recalibration of the soul's alignment to the Earth and the universe. Mercury Retrograde (MR) in Aries joins us once more, on 15th March - 7th April, I sense this one is going to be very different. The global and energetic shifts are redefining everything. Instead of fearing breakdowns or technological mishaps, we can reframe this time as a portal for acceleration. The planets are helping massively with this shift not hindering anything I feel.
