The Attitude of Gratitude

I am super grateful I get to live in such a majestic place and never imagined 4 years ago that I would be in such a wonderful place, both in my working life and where I reside plus living my life purpose and helping so many people each and every day!

Living by water has always been a dream and to have the Thames on my doorstep is truly life changing. It allows a sense of freedom and openness that it is usually difficult to find so close to London. I completely agree with David Attenborough that Richmond is the best place in the world to live.

Gratitude is a topic I have previously covered and one that will remain important, no matter what. Waking up and listing 5 things that you appreciate, transforms your world. It is 5 minutes spent thinking about what you have rather than what you don’t. It changes the vibration you put out into the world and attracts greater abundance, happiness and positivity.

"No matter what is going on in your life, if you concentrate on what you have you will end up having more. If you focus on what you don't have you will never, ever, ever have enough" Oprah Winfrey. Oprah has been writing a Gratitude Journal for the last 27 years and stands by the fact that it is the single best thing she has ever done!

If anyone wants advice on how to ‘take the leap’ and change their world message me, I run classes and provide treatments that remove the old thoughts, habits and life long blockages that have prevented you enjoying every day. This really is heaven; we do not need to wait until we retire to ‘live’.

The biggest advice I can give today, is stop waiting for tomorrow to do what you love, start on the path of achieving your dreams. I can talk and talk about how amazing it is and how much it helps each and every one of us but the best thing to do is try it for yourselves daily!

Namaste
