Over the years, I've explored many modalities - some stayed, some didn't. What remains are the tools that create the deepest, most lasting shifts: QEH (Quantum Energy Healing) and Innerdance.
These aren't just "nice to have" practices. They're profound systems for releasing what no longer serves you and remembering who you truly are.

QEH | Quantum Energy Healing
Advanced 5D+ Reiki | Distance Sessions
QEH works at the quantum level - beyond the mind, beyond the story, beyond what you think is the problem. This is a multidimensional realignment that gently dissolves density where growth, health, or clarity have stagnated.
In a 40-minute remote session, I tune into your energy field and identify what's ready to shift: old patterns, limiting beliefs, ancestral trauma, energetic blocks, stuck emotions.
These sessions support you to:

Innerdance is a music-led, energy-activated practice that guides you into deep states of consciousness where healing happens naturally.
Just you, the music, and whatever wants to move through you. Some people shake, cry, laugh, see visions, or simply rest deeply. There's no wrong way - your body and energy know exactly what they need.
Innerdance creates space for:
