Retrieving Your Birth Energies
The Apu, Mama Qocha & Ch'aska of Your Incarnation - the Paqariy.
It is extremely powerful and grounding to discover the foundational nature and star code present at your time of birth. Stars are our self-governing power plants of existence, and I am very drawn to share this with you.
Delving into the information confirms your life path, illuminates the explanations behind everything you have experienced, and clarifies the road ahead. Over a year ago, one of my clients who was completing a Shamanic course passed this wisdom on to me.
You can uncover the energies of your inception, as you were born in this lifetime, by investigating:
The Apu = the Mountain closest to your birthplace
Mama Qocha = the body of Water nearest to your birth location
Ch’aska = the Star present at your genesis
This practice stems from the Andean traditions of Peru – this was sent from a Quechuan Shamanism tribe. Peruvian “medicine bundles” or q’ipi / mesa / khuyas practices.
The 3 Ruwalkhuna / Ruraykuna / Ruralkuna - spelling varies: all derived from the Quechua concepts of our ancestral seeds, our birth energies. In Andean cosmology, each person is born with three sources of living power, or kawsay, tied to their native matrix. Often described as your three birth places:
Your Birth Apu (Mountain).
Apu means Sacred Mountain Spirit. The Apu closest to where you were born is considered your guardian mountain, carrying strength, protection, purpose, and destiny.
In the medicine bundle, the mountain is represented by one of these:
A stone
A soil sample
An object you feel has the essence of that mountain
Your Birth Mama Qocha (Water – lake, river, or sea).
Mama Qocha is the Incan Mother Goddess of the Sea, Lakes, all bodies of water - the literal translation is Mother Sea or Mother Lake.
Your Mother Water, governs emotion, intuition, dreaming, and cleansing. People born near rivers often carry flowing, transforming energy; those near lakes or the sea often carry depth, perception, and receptive wisdom. This is represented within your pouch by:
Water placed into a vial
A river stone
Shells
Ceremonial dried flowers infused with that water
Your Birth Ch’aska (Guiding Star).
Ch’aska means star or star-being. The star rising at or near your birth is considered your cosmic teacher. This is often a star that the paqo (Andean practitioner) selects for you based on your birth date or vision-work. It embodies your higher path, destiny, and spiritual mission.
🌀 How They Work Together
Your bundle holds Earth (Apu), Water (Qocha), and Sky (Ch’aska). Together, they form your personal Paqariy - birth coordinates. This is the place where your soul emerged into the world via the sacred geometry of the Vesica Piscis at your womb and pelvis.
Your medicine bundle – be it a mesa, q’ipi, or khuyas - contains:
A stone for the Apu – to enshrine mountain kawsay.
A small object or vial for the Water (lake/river) – to carry the spirit of the Water
A star-linked item – often a stone that you are most drawn to or have an affinity with.
My own star-linked rock is from Es Vedrà, one of the most powerful magnetic anomalies on Earth, which generates an independent energy grid on the island I call home. She is the surviving, towering spire of the collapsed empire of Atlantis. Her sovereign frequencies are a fundamental reason I was drawn to reside where I do - to anchor and augment the pre-Atlantis knowledge I am here to reinstate within humanity.
An important detail to remember is that the objects themselves do not need to come from your place of birth. They can be collected from your current environment.
These become your three anchors of power:
Earth Power – grounding, courage, protection, destiny
Water Power – intuition, healing, emotional balance
Starlight Power – guidance, wisdom, soul path
They are your birth triad, mirroring the sacred Andean trilogy:
Hanan Pacha – Upper world (Stars)
Kay Pacha – Middle world (Mountain/Earth)
Uku Pacha – Lower world (Water / Womb / Deep inner world)
To broaden your understanding, I recommend feeling into it. You can ask AI, consult family, or whatever feels right for your path. Then, you can research the deeper meaning of each one as you discover their names and positioning.
I keep mine cleansed at significant times and displayed in prominent places – sometimes on my desk, by my bed or carry them with me – depending on when I am called to return to my foundational energies in this lifetime.
One of the original invocations that I wrote when creating my Medicine Bag:
“Apu Danbury, mountain of my birth and my victory, you who stood with me the day darkness tried to take me -I rise again through your stone. Anchor me, guard me, fortify my path.
Mama Qocha of River Can, flowing mother of intuition, wash me clear, carry me where my soul must go. Let my emotions move as water moves -never stagnant, always sacred.
Ch’aska Aldebaran, Star of my destiny, golden eye of illumination, teach me to walk the path of truth, to see with the clarity of light.
Earth beneath me, Water within me, Star above me - together, you are my Paqariy, my origin power, my breath, my lineage, my becoming.”
With these three, I walk protected, guided, aligned, and sovereign."
I say this, whilst connecting in with my 9 Dragon frequencies, before or after a Merkis Self-Treatment, to re-activate my geometry of power. This anchors the support that walks with me into my day.
For me, these elements are our Wiracocha – the originating source consciousness of this earthly lifetime. Each human soul holds a unique spark of Wiracocha inside them. This is how we trace the branches of ourselves back to the root trunk of our birth.
Your Apu - the masculine vertical pillar of structured wisdom, protection (along with your Dragon frequencies) and sovereign presence.
Mama Qocha – the feminine fluid pool of cosmic memory ignition, emotion and live-giving generation. Discovering mine aided the ignition of my Merkis memory recall.
The Ch’aska is your celestial lineage platform, higher cosmic connection, and communicator, actively assisting your path.
By creating your bundle (mesa) with these three items, you assemble a physical representation, a mirror, of your internal, individualised birth blueprint.
My Apu was part of the initiation crash I experienced in 2020, preparation to see if I was ready to share with the world the velocity of Merkis held within me - to big forward the dense architecture of our true origins in Lemuria.
