Abundance & Karmic Conditioning

Abundance is truly a state of mind and is the thought process where by we imagine that what we desire is already here. The manifestation can be helped by further understanding Karma, as it is the energetic consequence of our inner thoughts and outer actions, an experience that is often viewed based on our past interpretation of an event, a synchronicity and often preserved as ‘good’ or ‘bad’. It is almost like we do not realise that perhaps our perception is incorrect. If we feel we have created ‘bad’ Karma then we expect things to not change or improve or that our goal will not be achieved. We need to work on our inner dialogue, our doubt, worry and fear to rid ourselves of this wasted perception. Every day starts afresh, as long as we work honestly, are true to ourselves and serve others in some way.

Understanding our thought processes and the affect karmic conditioning has on them is an important part of our growth and healing from past conditionings and habitual thoughts (such as self-doubt) that sabotage our success. It is vital we release the ‘victim’ mentality, wanting revenge and for ‘karma to get them’. The only way forwards is forgiveness, compassion and love and this includes us.

If we expect things to not change or improve and that we will not achieve our goals and dreams, then we won’t! We need to work on our inner dialogue, our doubting, worrying and fear based thoughts. We need to break the habit of how we do things, our interpretation of what happens and often based on our past experiences. I have this relationship with money, always earning ‘just enough’ to get by, not feeling worth to have security, what I need to thrive and enjoy life to the fullest. My affirmation “My income is constantly increasing, I have more than enough abundance in my life. I create prosperity easily”. It is said we teach most what we need to learn so I am taking this as a final reminder to keep my visualisations positive and constantly retrain my brain. We must let go of that which no longer serves us and move forwards in a more positive, successful light because the world needs our gifts.

Carl Jung coined the phrase "Collective Unconsciousness” - the beliefs we hold based on what others have taught us. These are generated from object referral, where we seek answers externally and accept how others perceive life should be rather than what we want. As we become more spiritually aware, more ‘awake’ to what we are capable off and how enjoyable life can truly be we begin to live by ‘self-referral’.

Abundance should be easily achieved; we just need to retrain our brains to allow the flow of energy to change. As Deepak says we need to “sow the seeds of abundance”. Whenever we do not like something, we have the power and ability to change it.

Affirmations: “Today I make great choices because they are made with full awareness” Deepak Chopra

There is plenty of everything in this world to around; we just need to work on visualisation with the belief that what we want is already here. Let's get visualising!
