The Solstice energies are open. There is both a heaviness and an expansiveness in the air.
We are in a period of confrontation, resolution, and movement. Long-unresolved issues are asking for attention, while new opportunities invite us forward. There is a sense of taking action — even mentally — towards where we truly want to be.
Feeling into everything, discovering new levels of trust in yourself, and your abilities to call in the good stuff, your desires, just as strongly as you do the challenges.
Your response to these energies matters. Whether you see it as karmic, psychological, or simply cause and effect, there are consequences when anger, fear, or reactivity drive your decisions.
It feels as though life is asking us to make space for ourselves. Your body, your mind, and your heart can only carry so much before they begin asking for your attention in ways that are harder to ignore.
You can keep running from yourself, or you can take the steps needed to dissolve what is not meant to be a part of your now.
People are being triggered — by life, by change, by old wounds resurfacing, by emotions that have not yet been fully witnessed, by the improvements occurring within their own energy field.
Often blurring their perception of the world
Sometimes, in these moments, doors are closed that later souls wish they had left open – don't be one of them, manage your reactions thoughtfully. My advice is not to let another's reaction determine your own responses.
Karmic energies are strong - we have released vast amounts of the ancestral patterns - now we choose wisely and respond consciously to keep our karmic bucket empty. Taking responsibility for what we are creating next.

They dance together.
These energies highly encouraging you to stop waiting until you are ready. Some things are ending. Some things are being revealed. Some things are finally stabilising. Nothing needs to be forced.
Life often moves more easily when you stop arguing with yourself, with where you are, and with what is wanting to emerge. We are playing an improved game of life because we choose it to be so NOW.
