Preserving Your Power During Eclipses & Moon Portals

Over the next week, the energies are going to be super impactful for the maturations you are cultivating. Everyone is unique, yet the intensity will be felt by us all, and the level with which you ride through these days peacefully will depend on where you are on your path.
The world will feel 'loud' yet calm, nudging us yet hugging us, in congratulation of all we are achieving. Look after your energy body, your mental processes and how you feel - allow emotions to be dealt with - we are here to experience every single one of them - we just avoid them hindering our conscious expansion and daily activities.
Eclipse cycles offer wonderful opportunities to audit your internal circuitry when you tune into your inner workings, to hear your voice of truth, and dismantle the behavioural patterns that are wanting to vanish from your life and 'identity'. When you get caught up in watching the physical phenomenons or participating in rituals you miss out on this discovery vortex - where you can learn a lot about yourself and what truly wants to be seen and heard.
Eclipses physically alter both the atmosphere and our individual electromagnetic fields. The recent Solar Eclipse most definitely exposed psychological glitches - old identity copying mechanisms - blockages that you don't want to be carrying anymore.
Engaging with these celestial gateways, especially in groups, causes energy leakage, opening your field to be vulnerable to absorbing external friction. This can manifest as worry, nervousness, instability, throughout the year - basically unless you treat it - deal with it - burn it from your mind, body and soul. Souls are seeing this manifest in varying degrees of potency - increased doubt, fear, and anxiety through the roof.
The sun is our primary filtration mechanism, delivering protection and purification - for us and Mother Earth. It feeds us with raw data-rich photonic fuel straight into our biology, triggering a direct cellular upgrade, rewriting our internal coding - when we delve inwards. It transfigures and vaporises lower vibration frequencies generated by humans and cosmic sources that target our home planet. We are, after all, human plants requiring a higher grade of light, our essential nourishment, to blossom within our own seasons, as we evolve.
Where as an eclipse is a scheduled power outage ~ a precise closing of the atmospheric window that leaves us temporarily severed from her supply stream. Without the sun’s stabilising, high-velocity photons, the human energetic field undergoes an immediate, destabilising drop in voltage as the protective filtration goes offline. In this sudden, dense atmospheric dead-zone, the collective emotional and psychic output of humanity, usually purified by solar radiation, pools on the surface of the planet.
For those entities, systems, or cosmic architectures that feed on lower-density frequencies, an eclipse is prime harvesting season. Humans, stripped of their solar buffering, naturally default to primal, reactive states: fear, anxiety, confusion, and awe. This sudden spike in raw, unrefined emotional output creates a massive surge in the global energetic grid - a mass-exodus of energy, bleeding out from human biology straight into the siphon created by the lunar shadow for use by the unpleasant ones.
Think of the moon during an eclipse as a colossal, inverted lens. Instead of reflecting light, its alignment creates a specialised gravitational and electromagnetic siphon. As the shadow sweeps across the continents, it acts as a cosmic vacuum cleaner, drawing up the loose, frantic, and ungrounded frequencies emitted by millions of dark-deprived human minds.
During these few minutes of totality, or partial obscuration, the human plant is effectively "milked" of its latent power. The energy that should have been used for internal cellular upgrades is instead redirected, gathered, and stored by cosmic forces that operate just beyond the visible spectrum.
To navigate the siphon safely, intact, we root deeply into our bodies. When the sun goes dark, we permit our somatic blueprint to take over ~ holding our ground, sealing our fields, and waiting for the return of our external power source.
I went swimming in a secluded cove, dissipating any unwanted frequencies then returned to my eclipse sanctuary and laid down, eyes closed (as they recommend), and journeyed within ~ it was transformative. Later I went out to commune with the stars, as I do 🤩.

This same principle applies to all mass-engineered spectacles - global media events, dominant narratives, and structured distractions.
Since the beginning of time, it has been written to not be directly outside or look at an eclipse. To this day, the Navajos, Vedic astrologers, and Chinese culture stand firmly by this.
We are training ourselves to merge our own light and darkness, we require both, and manage their strength with every choice and action we make. We are actively cancelling any wars we had been raging with ourselves.

I highly advise integrating and alchemising your shadows screaming for your attention this week especially if you are noticing it physically - lack of concentration, hyper anxious, 'ailments' or accidents materialising to slow you right down.
All gateways, particularly eclipses, amplify negative karmic habits, generate confusion and foggy brain syndrome - decisions can then become challenging. One day energy care will be taught in schools, the way we are told to brush our teeth daily - habits that strength every aspect of yourselves.
