There are many courses & books about Creative Visualisation & I am often asked by clients to provide a Course, so they can incorporate the tools into their lives. Using visualisation is a way to use our imagination to create what you want in life.

Mood Board's, often placed in the career corner of our home or office are a must, so we can see / remember & manifest daily abundance. 


Courses are available at a time to suit you, often conducted one-to-one, to fit with our busy lifestyles.


We are all creating visualisations of our hopes & dreams daily, without particularly recognising it. It is so important to dare to imagine you can have what you want & throwing out F(alse) E(go) A(ppearing) R(eal) & doubt.


It can be a good idea to talk through any doubts or fears with friends, mentors, relatives or people you trust BUT also, if their response is negative, this could be because they have not dared to go after their biggest dreams & desires in their lifetime.


Learning to ignore negative advice & keep aiming for the life YOU desire, is an ongoing journey. It is about working diligently when you feel inspired to. Taking the steps so that you can achieve anything that you believe in. Dream big & go above & beyond your wildest imagination, do not limit yourself!

Affirmation Examples:

In an easy and relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way, in its own perfect time, for the highest good of all, I intend £1,000,000 to come into my life & into the lives of everyone who holds this intention.

'Of course I can do this', believe and your subconscious will relearn the new positive mental action, with a child like energy, because they have no doubts and fears. 

One of my personal affirmations: In an easy and relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way, in its own perfect time, for the highest good of all, I have a successful Holistic Business teaching Reiki, mindfulness & inner healing to anyone who feels called to improve their life & into the lives of everyone who holds the intention of self improvement. All or something better is now manifesting, in an easy and relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way, in its own perfect time, for the highest good of all. Make it so. 

You must be sure to be committed to achieving your dreams & creating your goals, Do not worry that does not happen immediately, it means there is still something you need to learn. Like my businesses taking time to manifest the level of income I need to move forwards, it is all happening as it is meant to be. Life is a unique experiment and we can manifest our goals and dreams, we have got this. 

As Carl Harvey, from the Big Life, says,"Creative Visualisation is handing your goals and dreams over to your subconscious mind." Visualisation is key to manifesting your dreams. Nothing outside of you can change the way you feel or your goals, you are in control of your own thoughts & dreams. Remain aware of the power of your imagination, take control and we can achieve, let's do this! Please enjoy the journey & remember to not fear failure, let nothing stop you manifesting your dreams.

Creative Visualisation Workshops

4 key points to start on a Successful Vision/Mood Board. Remember: the journey of manifestation should be fun & enjoyable.  

1. Make a list and set out your goals.
For example writing out a plan to achieve that big goal, such as a career goal, new home. Actually visualising it in your world, daily, and feel the gratitude of appreciating it will create once it has materialised.  It should be any goal, small, medium & large - do not leave anything out & don't be afraid to dream bigger & bigger. It can be anything from a New Home, New Car, New Business, weight loss, improved Health & Fitness, new relationships, friends, hobbies, even overall peace of mind & greater skills to be able to relax & ward of negativity from others, what ever YOU want.

2. Create a Clear Picture in Your Mind
Visualise the goal(s) as actually part of your daily world & having already manifested them. Live as if they are here, now!

3. Goals

Keep focusing daily / weekly / monthly on your goals in a relaxed way & be sure not to rush. 

4. Positive Energy

Give your goals positive energy and then take the necessary steps to achieving your dreams. Be sure to visualise & write down affirmations for each goal & dream. Keep the list with you and refer to it daily, you have got this!

Tip: When visualising, include emotions, for example the joy you will feel on achieving each goal.
